Plakton Return & Exchange Policy
At Plakton, our priority is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your sandals or footwear are not the perfect fit, we’re here to help. Below is our streamlined process for returns and exchanges through your Plakton online account.
1. Eligibility & Timeframe
- Return Window: You may request a return or exchange for any unused, unworn, and undamaged Plakton products within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition of Items: All returns and exchanges must include the original packaging, tags, and be in the same condition as received.
- Proof of Purchase: An active Plakton account with your order history serves as your proof of purchase.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Log In to Your Account: Visit our website and sign in to your Plakton account.
Go to “My Orders”
- Locate the specific order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Select “Request a Return or Exchange”
- Choose whether you want a refund or an exchange.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to finalize your request.
Choose Your Return Shipping Method
- Pre-Paid Return Label (Full Price Items): If the item was purchased at full price, the return label is $5.00.
- Pre-Paid Return Label (Promotional Price Items): If the item was bought at a promotional price, a $10.00 fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Self-Shipment: You may opt to ship the product back using your preferred carrier at your own cost. Please email us at info@plaktonfootwear.com asking for further details.
Ship the Item(s) Back
- Pack your item(s) securely in the original (or comparable) packaging.
- Affix the pre-paid label (if chosen) or your own carrier label (if self-shipped).
- Drop off the package at the relevant shipping facility or schedule a pickup with your carrier.
Refund/Exchange Processing
- Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange as requested.
- Please allow 5–7 business days after delivery to our warehouse for final processing.
3. Exchanges
Log In to Your Account: Visit our website and sign in to your Plakton account.
We offer free exchanges for a different size, color, or style:
- Select “Exchange” during your online return request.
- Send Back the Original Item (unworn, with original packaging and tags).
- Receive Your New Item: Once the original item is received and inspected, we’ll send out the replacement item at no additional cost.
- If the requested style or size is unavailable, we’ll notify you to discuss alternative options or process a refund.
4. Additional Information
- Original Shipping Fees: Any original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please document the issue (photos/details) and submit the information in your return request. Our team will assist you promptly.
- International Returns: For orders shipped outside Canada, return guidelines are the same; however, additional transit times may apply.
