Plakton Return Policy

At Plakton, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase. If your sandals aren’t the right fit, we offer a simple return process through our online return portal.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: You may return any unused and unworn Plakton item within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item Condition: Products must be returned in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: Your order number or Plakton account history serves as proof of purchase.

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.


2. How to Request a Return

You’ll be guided through the process step-by-step, including uploading photos if needed (e.g. for damaged or defective items). You’ll be able to select your preferred return method and confirm the items being returned.


3. Return Shipping Options & Fees

  • Pre-Paid Return Label (Full Price Items):
    A $5.00 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund.

  • Self-Shipping:
    If you prefer to use your own shipping method, you're welcome to do so at your own expense. Contact us at info@plaktonfootwear.com for return address details.


4. Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days from the date of delivery for processing.


5. Exchanges

We no longer offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or style, please:

  1. Submit a return for the original item

  2. Place a new order for the product you want

6. Additional Information

  • Original Shipping Fees: These are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or shipped in error.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Initiate your return through the return portal and upload clear photos showing the defect. Our team will review and follow up with next steps.

  • International Orders: The return policy is the same for orders shipped outside Canada; however, return shipping timelines and fees may vary.
